Sorry I forgot to post. I logged it in my MFP on my phone but forgot to post into forum. No loss this week, could still be retaining a lot of sodium from Thanksgiving. Going to try and flush it out and start back exercising regularly. I've been such a slacker since school started.
Got a pair of running shoes for my birthday so I'm excited to start that. Hope ya'll had a great Thanksgiving!

I don't know if it's too late but I changed the weight loss category I'm currently in... I went from trying to lose 21.5 lbs to 10 lbs. There is no way I'm going to make it to 21.5 lbs at this rate so I thought I would change so that my weight loss goal was still attainable. :happy:

I have nissed a few weigh ins. Some by accident, but I'm sure at least one was purposeful. I probably didn't want to face the fact that I have gained (and then of course post it here for all to see, but that's why we're here, right?) So I am back, thank you Falisha for adding me back to the chart. One day at a time, one meal at a time, one goal at a time. Thank you to everyone here, you may not know it, but you are helping just by being part of the challenge and sharing your struggles and victories. I am up, quite a bit, but my hope is that by the end of the challenge I will have lost 4-6 pounds from today's weight. Nowhere near my initial goal, however, my revised goal is more of a mental challenge and taking the baby steps needed to feel (and continue to feel) successful.

Posting a little late this week. Sorry, Falisha!!
This week I was slow in losing prior to Thanksgiving; then, after Thanksgiving, I was up a little more than a pound. I had hoped that was mostly water retention as I counted my Thanksgiving calories and thought I was within my goal for the day, but here it is 3 days later and I still haven't dropped below my Thanksgiving morning weight of 190.6. I am still way ahead of my original goals I set for myself, so it isn't too disheartening, but darned if it isn't frustrating!!!0 -
Loss this week 1 kg or 2.2lbs. I've loss and found this kg before, hope its gone forever this time.
Am going to have work extra hard if I am going to make goal next week.

Sigsone - Congrats on being in Onederland. Can't wait to be there myself. Must admit when I joined MFP had no idea what people where talking about with 'onederland'. As I weigh in kilo's. My goal is next to be in the 80's and out of the 90's. Although after always converting my kgs to lbs for challenges I will certainly be celebrating 'onederland' as well.
321blueyes - was that 10km in 57.51. That is fantastic. Not sure what a Turkey Trot is. But you were not trotting more like zooming.
