I'm completely new at this. I tried to lose weight before but I had no idea what I was doing. I am 5'6" and I am 250lbs. I'm miserable, but just starting to count my calories has made me feel better, like I took things into my own hands. It's only been three days, and I know its going to be a battle, especially when I go back to college in a few days... winter break can only last so long. So... its about choices... lets hope stress and school don't make me forget mine.
