Oatmeal Spice Cookies
3/4 Cup All-Purpose Flour
1 1/2 Cups Quick Cooking Oats
1/2 teaspoon Baking Soda
1/4 teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon Ground Ginger
1/4 teaspoon Ground Cloves
1/2 Cup Fat Free Margarine Spread
1/2 Cup Light Brown Sugar
3/4 Cup Splenda Granular
1 Egg White
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a small bowl, combine the flour, oats, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, ginger and cloves. In a medium bowl, beat the margarine, brown sugar, and Splenda together. Add the egg white and beat to combine. Add the dry ingredients and combine. Place a sheet of foil (dull side up) onto a cookie sheet and spray with butter flavored non-stick cooking spray. Drop batter by level tablespoons 2 inches apart. Bake for 11-12 minutes or until firm and golden. Allow to cool completely.
Serves: 26
