Half a chicken breast (around 150g) broiled in 2 cups of water and a cube of chicken stock with 1 cup of cooked bulgur wheat and about a cup of salad left over from last night, it has lettuce, mushroom, carrot, cucumber, tomatoes, red peppers and spring onions in it.
No more than 450 calories.

you?

I had 16 reduced fat Wheat Thins and 2 Original Baby Bel cheese wheels. :drinker:

that isn't a lot, but I had a big breakfast/lunch intake - and that just sounded so good and I have been craving it for a while!
  • 1 chicken breast cooked with garlic, white onion and carrots in some olive oil. Big salad with romain, kale, radishes, onion and cilantro. Top is off with half an avocado. Kinda a random dinner, but it sure was tasty!

Tonight was an early Thanksgiving dinner with a home grown chicken instead of turkey. Stuffing, mashed potatoes, green bean casserole, pumpkin pie, egg nog.
