Thanks. It contains some good recommendations. I, for one, am going to watch my calories on Thursday and work in my exercise time after the crowd departs. Meanwhile, I have plenty of prep work around the house and yard to help me burn calories. :-) Enjoy your Thanksgiving festivities!0

Same here. I've been burning 1000+ calories per day doing the gardening, painting, and cleaning for the holidays! Good stuff.0 -
I'm making sure to keep up my water intake and sticking with my 1200 calories a day...and hopefully get my exercise in at least on Friday if not Thursday.
