Have No idea if this is the right place, but here we go.

When I was 16, I was about 17 stone, 5"10 and huge

Not really a pretty sight, so started doing something about it.

by 18 I was roughly 12 stone, feeling alot better about myself and feeling good.

at 19, I kept the weight off, but started at uni, this would be my downfall

Im 21 now, and ive been and returned to 15 stone, feeling bad about myself as I swore it would never happen again.

So here is where it starts again, Fun Times

Good Luck with your journey, you have done it before & I am sure you can do it again. Just take it one day at a time x

I feel the same way! And to think I thought I was so fat when I was so much lighter than I am now...

I know exactly how you feel, took 18 months to lose 3 1/2 stone when I first tried dieting (which was after I had finished Uni) managed to maintain for a couple of years, perhaps put on a couple of pounds, then had a couple of years of the weight just piling on!! (My boyfriend was in a motorcycle accident and I spent a long time caring for him, meaning very little time for me to worry about what I was eating). Now I'm back to thinking about me and trying to do what is best for me so hopefully will shift the weight for good this time. I don't want to be in this place again! I remember how good I felt when I had lost it before and it is so depressing now!!

Good luck with your journey. Feel free to add me as a friend :) x

Don't sweat it too much. I put on masses and masses of weight at uni. Much more than you, it was ridiculous, got up to near 20 stone. I think it is great that you have put on so little in comparison to what you have achieved. Just think of it as 3 stone to go, you can do it easily if you put your mind to it. If you really want it, it will happen. x
