What to eat

I never know what to eat for breakfast and lunch. If I skip them I'm not hungry...if I eat I'm starving and can keep eating until I go to bed. Also, I over eat at night in front of the tv. I literally have intense cravings that I can't seem to ignore. What is wrong with me? I must be eating the wrong foods to always feel this way. Please help!

    It's carbs that do that to you. If you go for low carb, high protein meals then you shouldn't get this problem. Eggs are fantastic for keeping you full so scrambled eggs or an omelette with smoked salmon or lean ham are good breakfast choices. If you can't stomach protein at breakfast then oatmeal is a good choice because its carbs are slow release. Salad/veg with lean protein (e.g. tuna or chicken breast) would be good for lunch.
