My NSV for today

I am rocking the size 34 jeans today. Aaand I have extra space in them! Awesome. This is after living in 36s for the last few years. And some of that time was uncomfortable in the 36s.

I've also realized that I am at the last notch on this belt. I guess its time to get a new one

Same here man! After wearing size 36 for the last few years, I am down to a size 32 probably a 30 depending what brand they are! I've never been this light since high school!

I know how it feels, man, I felt like turning cartwheels when I realized I could get back into the size 12s I hadn't worn in years.

That is so great! My bf had to cut a new notch my belt a couple of weeks ago, and it was a cool experience.

I've actually been afraid to go buy new clothes though. I need new jeans desperately (my old ones are hanging off my butt) but I'm nervous that once I get to the store, I won't see much of a difference in my old size versus the new. The problem I'm having is that while others see the weight I've lost, I don't really see it in myself much. I think part of it is because I know that I have a LONNNG way to go.
