A friend gave me this recipe, and I made it with lower fat ingredients, but it still tastes great...with just a little bit of a kick to it! It goes great with baked tortilla chips.

4 oz. fat free mayo
4 oz. fat free sour cream
1 can mexican corn, drained
1 can rotel tomoatoes, drained
1 c. 2% shredded cheese
1/4 c. chopped onion

*Mix and chill for at least 2 hours before serving.
*Makes 8 1/2 cup servings

Per 1/2 cup serving:
108 calories
3.25 Fat, (1.75 saturated)
7.5 cholesterol
522 sodium
10 potassium
12 carbs
.875 fiber
6 sugar
5.3 protein
