Right,

Lost 9 stone in a year which was a bit too fast. As a result I ended up with a bit of a flabby belly. I cycle 20 miles a day and do various other cardio exercises, meaning I get hours and hours of cardio done a week. My body fat has dropped 5/6 percent in a couple of months as well since I started doing that exercise.

The thing is I've been hiding my stomach because it's not as tight as it should be, always feels like I'm a bit bloated on the stomach area and nowhere else (legs are ripped and toned from the cycling.)

Yesterday I wake up and my stomach is tighter than it usually is, this went on throughout the day where it visibly looked a lot better and it felt a lot better from the outside (i.e. not bloated) Today it's back to it's usual self and I'm a bit heartbroken to be honest with you!

Saturday:

Didn't eat breakfast (Wasn't anywhere near any food did 30 mins cycling in the morning)

Lunch: Supernoodles

Dinner: Meat feast Pizza + Garlic bread with cheese + hot wings

Not a healthy day at all right?

Sunday:
Breakfast: 3 Eggs,4 Toast,5 Bacon

Lunch: Rice and tomato sauce (lol cheap and cheerful)

Dinner: Chicken Pizza (Same place as previous night)
Chips
Haagen Dazs strawberry cheesecake icecream.

I know it's all unhealthy but I don't really diet on weekends anymore. Plus I burn 900-1000 cals a day!

Can anyone spot why I'd be bloated one day and not the other? Is it because I skipped breakfast? confused!

Could it be due to meal size or how close to bed I'm eating? I ate a LOT earlier on saturday than I did on sunday..

Any light dinner suggestions that will fill me up but not bloat me?

If you dont want stomach bloat, omit pasta, bread, starches from your dinner (or limit them overall). Increase your fat, that actually has been said to help with extra skin

It looks like you ate a lot more sodium on Sat than Sun. Sodium can cause water retention. If you have high sodium days, try to drink a bit more water.

Bread makes me really bloated. I stayed away from carbs for only 2 days and I went back to my normal self. I literaly felt I was pregnant! :) Not a nice feeling or look when you're actually not expecting.
