Thanksgiving!
Anyone just throwing a few days out calorie counting out the window?
I am having a "Pre Thanksgiving" party for my friends on Wednesday and the menu consists of chocolate pecan pie, pumpkin cheesecake, and pumpkin pie martinis. Thursday we have my family and my boyfriends families to visit. Lots of food and drinking at both. I have pretty much decided that I am feeling comfortable enough to relax and enjoy these couple of days, get some runs in when possible and have fun!
Anyone else?

Yup, got all the good stocked up
If you want to watch your calories, do so..if you want to take a couple of days, and say screw it..do so. Have fun! Then when your ready, get back up on the wagon and stay there for a while..at least till Christmas anyway. :bigsmile:0 -
Your pre-Thanksgiving party sounds delicious! I plan to enjoy myself and eat all my favorite foods, but I will get smaller portions. I'll avoid going back for seconds and won't pile my first plate as high as I normally do! I also plan to drink water (although I may drink one or two glasses of sweet tea – I'm from the South!).0

I throw just one day out of the window, back on the wagon the next day for me.0

Not counting, but won't go overboard either. I have my plan. My mother in laws makes an amazing low fat green bean casserole that I love, I'm usually the only one that eats it, that and her grilled carrots. Nom. Yummy! Then again my sister in law is an AMAZING baker!! No worries though as I have a 3 hour ride the next day0
