So yesterday was my first day at the gym in a year I had a great workout- I worked my triceps and chest along with my cardio I burned 731 calories yesterday
So today me and the hubby hit the gym for round 2.
I worked my biceps and back muscles with my cardio and I burned 708 calories. I feel great I mean I am a little sore but that is to be expected and plus no pain no gain.
At this rate of calorie burned I will just start melting away(fingers crossed
)
When I was just working out at home my goal was to burn 250-400 now with hitting the gym my goal is 600-700. I get my motivation from the skinny chics.
Then i go in the weight room with all the stinky sweaty men (only girl) and pound out the weights with my hubby.

Way to go mrsyac2! I love seeing the calorie counter go up at the gym too. I cant stay motivated at home the same way.
I try for 600 - 700 calories but it takes nearly an hour to get there. I have seen improvement since I started last month - a little faster and not so winded. I hate sweating like a pig but love the scale the next morning. Makes it worth it. :laugh:0 -

I agree I love my heart rate monitor-- Yeah we plan for a min of 60 minutes but end up staying over by just a bit we are slowly working our way up to working out for up to 2 hours a day. Its our quality time he wants to pack on 20-25lbs and i want/need to lose 20-25lbs0
