How many consecutive push ups can you all do?
I ask this because I finally reached one of my goals of accomplishing 40 consecutive push ups. Eventually I'd like to achieve 100.
So what are your numbers currently?

40 consecutive?! that's incredible!
from my toes? I think I can do maybe 5...
from my knees I could do more, probably at least 20.
I've got a ways to go still!0 -
"real" push-ups? Probably none. I'm pathetic, but would love to start working towards a goal like yours! Well done!0

Military push up or on knees?
Military-13.0 -
45....but that was about a month ago and I was drunk and recovering from a fractured chest. Now that I'm healed up and sober I need to do another exhaustion test. :P0

Military-13.
Military.
I'm not a fan of knee push ups. I don't feel like I get anything out of them.0 -
Real good form push ups will full range, about 50. But I'm not much into muscle endurance training.

to exhaustion- I do 72 but then I also do a power hour of push-ups a few days a week and hit 600-700 push-ups in an hour. It's a great way to build up your stamina.0

Whoa... that's incredible.
I think a lot of people take push ups for granted. They're a great way to get your heart pumping and increase upper body strength. And you don't need a gym to do 'em.0 -
I am good to around 40, then my body starts to tremble, kinda funny, like I am having convulsions or something0
-
I can do 35-40 consecutive standard width pushups.
I've been tempted to go to hundredpushups.com and attempt the 100 pushup training program.
When I do pushups I do around 200 of them but that's usually multiple sets of 20-40 per set.0 -
If I really push myself, I currently max at 33 consecutive. 100 is my goal, as well!0
-
Usually do 4 sets of 30. Took a long time to work up.... 40 is awesome!!0
-
5 or 6!! lol
I'm working on them through the 100 pushup challenge, the website that someone just posted0 -
right now my record is 214. On average i hit at least 180.0

That's insane. How long did it take you to get to that point?0 -
Real push ups??? Sadly.. still none. But from my knees about 15 before I fall on my face. I make a point to rest then keep going until I get at least 30 in for the day. My arms are the weakest part of my body, and oddly enough one of the places I store the most fat lol0

like....2 : P0

I'm terrible at push-ups! I've started working on them again, but can only do about 8 consecutively. My goal is to be able to do clap push ups!0
-
15 military. I set a goal to achieve the push-up/sit-up/2 mile run requirement to join the military for my age so I had to get to 15!0
-
60 = Regular push-ups, followed by explosive push-ups = 10. Once you start doing it more your body gets use to it quickly and you can do a lot more.0
-
Maybe 10? But I don't think I'm doing them right because I don't get as low as I should.
My wrists start to ache after about 4 of them0 -
