Newbie here: Looking for LC friends!

Hi everyone,

I'm not new to trying to lose weight, but I am new to this website! I am Lisa, 26 years old living in NY. I am currently on unemployment and actively looking for a job. In the mean time, I keep myself busy by working on my website. I'm looking to get back down to 120lbs, which is where I was happiest. I gained most of my weight from being in the army national guard. Tons of stress and helping a unit go out the door to Iraq helped me gain 40lbs in a year. So I want to get back to my old self! I hate not feeling good about how I feel in clothes. I bum around in pajamas and workout clothes all the time now

Looking to get back to hottness LOL! So looking for some friends who are also Lowcarbing for support, esp since it's the holidays. Today's my first day back to eating LC.

I don't know what LC is, but my friend in the AirForce got so fat when he was deployed that they almost kicked him out because of it.

I'm not on LC (cause I hurt people when I don't have carbs) but wish you the best of luck! I was in the Air Force and was at my thinnest then. Trying to get back in shape after having all these kids.

Thanks! I actually heard of someone while I was fulltime getting kicked home right at the MOB station, which is where they go before they leave country, because of his bodyfat.
