Happy Monday everyone!! :flowerforyou:

Ok so the above topic may not seem great to some but to me this means the WORLD and so so much more!

I am epileptic and my co ordinations do not function very well. Ie balance, legs do not work with my brain, I stand funny, all very random things... HOWEVER I thought today ( after my 215cal burn in 30 mins  with my good old friend Jillian Micheals  ) ` I wonder if I can move my sit up machine yet and push up equipment and if I can do at least ONE PUSH UP / SIT UP ` Well I moved the equipment... I layed on my back... and I focused SOOOOO bloody hard... I struggled, quiet abit actually... BUT I DONE IT... 5!! 5 SIT UPS!! I also leaned on me knees, back flat ( ish - maybe alittle slantered ) and I done PUSH UPS ON KNEES!!! 5!! I  sooo much that I got my best friend and called her... she  too!

SUCH a HUGE NSV for me...

I am ABSOLUTELY SHATTERED now  and yes it does makes me  that I cant` do any more.. but hey.. One day at a time..
I know tomorrow I will be back at hopefully doing 200+ cals in 30 mins but not sure on the sit ups or push ups just yet.. Perhaps once a week minus the equipment and every other day with lol!

Anyway that`s all I have to say for now MFP...

Lots of love and keep working hard...!

My goal is 6lb in just under 5 weeks for my birthday.. The eve of christmas.. and just tone more then I am finished! I hope you all get results then too

Sarah xx

Great work! Struggling just means you are working at the peak of your fitness level! This is a good thing because it means you are pushing the bar and you will continue to see improvement and progress. Keep it up!
