    I put 250 calories-
I am 1/4 inch taller than you-
    so basically the same height
    and almost 140 lbs.

250 is most likely low, but safe.

    Good luck!

Believe it or not the teacher matters at my gym.. Some move you along really quickly and I can burn 400 calories..
Others are slower and I burn 250-350.....

I use really heavy squat and chest weight and lower after that. I am 5 ft 7 170 lb male

my wife and another woman can burn up to 400 calories with this release.. both are 5ft 3 and about 130lbs

also In the brochure by Les Mills about BODYPUMP it says you can burn up to 600 calories a class. As the others have said though, a lot depends on who you are!

I am 5.3 150 lbs and I average anywhere from 400 to 500 cal per class. I am using my Polar HRM. I think it is accurate..sometimes when I stop during tracks or take longer breaks the number of calories is usually on the lower end. However if I do work my *kitten* off until my legs are shaking, I burn 500 cal.
