Hey ive been on here awhile but never really used it much. I lost 75 pounds for my wedding and recently put on 10 of it back and lost all the progress I had made in weight training.
We want to have a baby and I want to be in good shape as its been a trying experience... Any one from the west coast of Canada around here?
Just looking for the friends to help with motivation and to creep there ideas of what a good food intake is!

    Montréal, Québec.... Lost 49lbs with MFP. Have had 2 baby girls in the last 5 years. It is important to be healthy and you are on the right track. Just get back into your healthy routine and everything will fall into place :)
