CAN ANYONE HELP ME I JUST BEGUN USING JILLIAN MICHAELS 6 WEEK SIX PACK DVD AND I DO NOT KNOW HOW TO CALCULATE THE CALORIES I BURNED !!! I DID THE WHOLE 30 MIN WORK OUT AND SHE NOT IN THE DATA BASE AND I HAVE KNOW IDEA IF I CREATE A EXERCISE WHAT EVEN PUT FOR CALORIES BURNED ...IF ANYONE COULD HELP ME OUT THAT WOULD BE GREAT THANK YOU!!

    I think most people just put it down as circuit training.

    If you're serious about wanting to know your calories burned number, get a heart rate monitor. One of my favorite purchases EVER. I rarely wonder how to log an activity anymore. And MFP is not all that accurate. :)

    circuit training is fine because that's what it is but if you have a heart rate monitor that will be more accurate but over all it's fine!

    I don't have a HRM, but I also log it as circuit training.
    It suits me pretty well (should be pretty close to actual results).
