Chicken Chop Suey
1 Wok
1 Wooden Spoon - Never Medal in Wok
Feeds 2 Adults, 2 Kids, 1 baby, and 1 dog
Pot for rice
Knife for chicken
Measure cup and spoons
I can pull together in 25-30 minutes
Chicken Chop Suey
Get water to boil
2 Skinless Boneless Chicken Breast
3/4 cup water
1 Tablespoon ginger
salt / pepper
Little crushed garlic ( I get pre-crushed in jar)
A Little white wine (optional)
A Little sesame oil for flavor - potent but good (optional)
Cook Chicken For a while
As water reduces down add 1/4 cup more if not much
Bring down to medium heat
Remove Chicken - Chicken will still be raw in middle
Cut each breast flat length down middle (end up with 4 thin breast)
then thin slices
throw back in water ginger etc mixture...
1 1/2 Tablespoons Soy Sauce
Get a bag of frozen Asian mix vegetables 14oz to 16oz
Throw in vegetables
3 tablespoons of sugar - optional
touch of white vinegar - optional
Great thing works with most vegetables
Cook for a while
3/4 Cup COLD water in measure cup.
3 tablespoons starch
stir till liquid
throw in mixture
Cook for a while low/sim heat till thickens up
Rice - I usually make 3 cups instant rice but looking to get a
good rice cooker. Brown Rice is a good option.
