Thank you. I see this topic every single day. I'll bet starting Friday it will be about our Christmas eating plans.0 -
I plan to sit down with my family, enjoy my meal, eat some pie, then go outside and play football with the kids. I might track but I am a-ok if I go over one day out of the month0

Forgive me: i get ONE thanksgiving and ONE Xmas a year (i was positive there were only one each of these holidays yearly for most people) so i eat whatever i want. I call it a cheat day and whatever happens is fine. usually, despite the pie and cheese i never go over anything but sodium0

Not going to track - I am pretty good at eyeballing portions at this point and I know I'll eat too much, but I plan on filling up on the healthy stuff (veggies mainly) first and then enjoying the day. I am doing the Turkey Trot 5K in the morning and exercise regularly anyway, so one day won't kill me.0

I plan to eat, but enjoy smaller portions. Also, I will log everything as well as I am able. I'll be sad to see those red numbahs, but hey---it happens. I'm just going to have to get a reeeally nice workout in before chowing down.0

I'm going to see if I can gain all my weight back.
This made me laugh out loud! I think the biggest mistake everyone is making is stressing over it...which for some is just going to trigger over eating! Use a smaller plate, eat mostly turkey with some veggies on the side, have half a roll, share your pumpkin pie with someone special, drink a TON of water, and help clean up! All of those tings should help maintain a little control over the situation!0 -

Thank you, Captain Obvious. It's "you", not "ya". Unless you're Swedish; are you Swedish?
If you count that my family comes from there yes. But YOU can take that however YA want ;0)0
