Allergy to Glycerin and/or Petroleum

So, I recently discovered that I have an allergy to glycerin and petroleum which apparently is in almost everything from processed food to the containers that food is in.
That being said, is anyone else allergic to these things? If so, what does your diary look like? I am finding it hard to find anything to eat.
