Thanksgiving is Good Eats

Here is some good news about one of my favorite holidays. You don't have to starve yourself or eat like a bird (LOL pun intended) in order to enjoy Thanksgiving. This basic TG dinner is only 608 Calories. Other dietary information is also enclosed. If you make all your own and do not use canned or premade products things like the amount of sodium will go down. Do drink extra water to help some of that extra sodium flush through your system.

I have avoided some of my favorites here such as stuffing and obviously the desserts. The point here is enjoy your meal and you can eat very well if you watch what your doing. Go on an early morning 30 minutes Turkey Trot and burn some extra calories and treat yourself to pumpkin or apple pie.

I recommend the following.

Sliced Turkey-- 6 oz. Breast Meat (no skin)

Your amazing. I was just about to ask how much the avg. meal would be. Thanks! And luckily for me, I will save calories with not eating cranberry stuff, or gravy.
Plus, my mom is making the healthy type of foods too. So I'm in extra luck!

    How much is stuffing?

Stuffing because it is made of bread is so yummy. Thrown in some butter, sauteed onions, peppers maybe a little sausage and other spices ans you have love. Apparently I will NOT be loved this Thanksgiving. LOL matt

Thank you so much for the information for Thanksgiving. I am not sure what veggies we will be having yet but I have planned for turkey, gravy, and potatoes!
