Not sure what is wrong, but today is another one of the many days I feel SUPER bloated :/ Which strating because I FINALLY lost 2.8 pounds, and I was starting to feel a little more comfortable in my skin. And then I look at myself with this bloat and it feels like I've gained 10 pounds. I haven't changed my diet, and nothing is really out of the ordinary. But this seems to happen wuite a lot and I'm getting so tired of it!

Are you drinking enough water? Weirdly, drinkingmore water will stop you from retaining so much and help to prevent bloating. But apologies for the lecture if you've heard that all before ;)

also, it does depend on the kind of food you have eaten. Eat more fibre? I'm sure you'll wake up in the morning and there will be no bloat whatsoever. :')

That could also correspond with your TOM, if it's not that and you haven't changed your diet, maybe your hormones are just off. It's perfectly normal, as the body is constantly cycling.

It could be a food intolerance or allergy. I'd check with a doctor if it's happening frequently. Then again, I used to be very bloated all the time, and it mostly went away for no apparent reason .

Do you drink a lot of milk and/or caffeine? Bloating was always my biggest complaint, a doctor told me to to switch to Almond milk. It's made a big difference for me.
  • Thanks! I usually drink at least 6 glasses of water, some days more some less. Maybe I need more fiber. And I am waiting for some results of blood tests dealing with hormones, though I 'm not sure what they are testing for. Hopefully it goes away, its so annoying!
