Just wondering.... I have been inceasing my exercise daily and obviously that gives me more calories to eat back. What I am finding is I am eating back with crap food because its like a treat for the hard work. I am eating back to right on my calorie count or just under is this right? Should I just eat the normal calories and its ok to eat back everything I have earnt??

Eating crap food is never good. Try to find some healthier options you enjoy. If MFP increased your calories, you should be increasing your calories. Try eating more calorie- dense foods such as nuts and olive oil in order to meet your caloric goals.0
