Fresh Juice

I honestly have grown up hating vegetables but juicing them gives me a great way to get them into me and it actually tastes pretty good.

I just started having fresh vegetable juice about 2-3 times a day. Just curious as to if other people do it as well? If so how many times a day? Do you usually make one batch or multiple? if so how do you store it? and what veges do you like to put in the most?


My favourite so far has been:
Carrot
Beets
Celery
Spinach
Green Pepper
Cucumbers
14oz of this is equal to 83 Calories

Anyone else have good recipes?

    my favorite is

    apple
    lemon
    ginger
    kale
    cucumber
    chard
    carrot
    and broccoli stems

    I like
    Cactus
    Pineapple
    Papaya
    spinach
    Celery
    parsley
    orange

    I sometimes will add beet or lemon.
