too much protein and fat

So every day I log I go wayyyyy over on both fat and protein. Everything else is fine but I'm up by at least 50 on those too. Suggestions please

I can't see your diet but the whole idea behind an itemized food diary is to correct these things. Take a look down the list and eat less/more of certain food groups to adjust your intake of carbs/fat/protein. Need more carbs? Try eating pasta/grains/bread etc.
An old way of thinking is to put meat at the center of every meal. The modern approach is to only eat a portion of meat around the size of a deck of cards and to ensure that grains are at the heart of your meals0 -
