counting calories

Heyy. Should I start to count fruit and veg in my intake diary?

    Definitely YES! Some fruits have a lot of calories. Everything you eat should get logged.
  • You should always count it, everything has calories or carbs or protein in them

    Why wouldn't you? Just because it's healthy, doesn't mean you can't get fat from it if you eat too much of it. :P
