So, I just completed the "Smallest Winner" program at my local Y. A 10 week program that included 2 training sessions a week, some group challenges and some nutrition counseling. Well, today was my final day, and we got our results, and I just had to shout them out, because I want to be proud of them, but also build on them. One nice thing was that they are not all scale related, some were fitness related, which is a great feeling...
Here goes
Starting % Body Fat: 36%
Current % Body Fat: 30.9%
Starting %Lean Body Mass: 64%
Current % Lean Body Mass: 69.1%
Chest Measurement: -4.5"
Waist Measurement: -4.3"
Hip Measurement: -3.3"
Total inches lost: 12.1" !!
Original Crunches per 60sec: 53
Current Crunches per 60 sec: 65
Original Pushups per 60sec: 30 (all modified)
Current Crunches per 60 sec: 36 (10 regular, 26 modified)
1 mile test - original: 17:29 min
1 mile test - current: 13:43 min (yes, I ran most of it!!)
Total weight lost - 21.4lbs
I know this is just the beginning, but these numbers/results will hopefully keep me motivated and I look forward to being able to post again in another 10 weeks with more improvements!. Thanks!
