alright, MFPeeps, lets do it
today's little "after dinner" challenge is to do:
( 50 air bike/ 50 crunches/ 50 heel touches/ 50 leg raises) X2
75 sit ups
and the last but not least, 2 sets of "chair position" next to the wall for 60 seconds each
