Hi Guys,
I would like to know if there is a way that you can easily measure your body fat percentage? Or what tools can help to provide these details

i have found that bodybugg has given me the most accurate estimation so far. you put in 6 different measurements along with height and weight to be your percentage0

My mom has this device that you input your information and then hold it out in front of you and it measures your body fat percentage by sending a tiny electrical signal through your body or something like that... unfortunately, I don't know what it's called
ETA: I'm not sure if this is the exact one, but it looks like this: http://www.amazon.com/Omron-HBF-306C-Loss-Monitor-Black/dp/B000FYZMYK/ref=sr_1_4?ie=UTF8&qid=1321932677&sr=8-40 -

The easiest way is to use one of the online calculators. I hear the Navy one is best.
