Finally!

After allowing my weight to creep up and up, i have finally said enough is enough! While I know I will never get back down to my college weight, to be under 200 pounds again is my goal! The most important thing in my life is taking care of my son... but he is in college now, and i am living with a body i have neglected for the past 10 years! I started using myfitnesspal about 7 weeks ago, and shave lost 24 pounds so far! Still have another 30ish to go, but this is a start!
So here is my question: Some guys at the gym say that the first 20 pounds is the easiest... it's NOT been that easy! Are the next 30 pounds going to be that much harder to take off? Please, please, please - someone tell me it's about the same!

I actually feel that the first 20 are the hardest. You are changing bad habits and getting into an exercise regime. Once you get yourself in a routine, I feel it gets a little easier. Keep it up, you are doing great!0
