How do you get back into the groove of things???

ok I really need to get back into my groove, the past two weeks have been crazy for me and it has been hard getting back into my routine.

How do you manage to get back into the groove of things, eating healthy, working out and sticking to your schedule. I seriously thought this was going to be my week of getting back into things but it might not be I have family coming over my house tomorrow and it is going to be hard to get my workouts in when they are here.

you know never thought I would say this but the holidays, and work and getting in my way of working out. Please share your tips on how manage to get back and start kicking back again. I do not want to gain any of the weight back that I have already lost I have 13lbs to get to my goal.
