OLD BAY.. I love that stuff it is so yummy. Use it on a bunch of things but remember it from Turkey day the most.
Now I want turkey0 -
I inject mine with Cajun Injector and sprinkle a bit of the seasoning on it. Delicious0

my sister and I were just talking about this. I think I'm going to brine it for 24 hours in salt water, then lift the skin on the breast and lay green chilies over it and replace skin, then will stuff cavity with oranges and onions. I am going to grill it but you could bake at directed time/temp. It generally produces a very moist bird. Brine birds do take longer to cook generally.
Good luck and can't wait to hear how it turned out...0 -
I'm doing a cider brined turkey this year using a recipe I found on marthastewart.com.0

I stuff it with onions, fresh poultry herbs & lemons. I put a butter herb rub under the skin and then rub the skin with that as well. If I have enough fresh herbs I'll put that under the skin too!0
