Too skinny, I need to gain weight

I'm super active, and I want to be confidant that my body will keep up!
Its mostly strength training from indoor rock climbing and aerial dance, and a little cardio from hot yoga; sometimes I'm exercising three total hours a day (yes I take rest days).
So for the first time I'm counting calories...that in itself is hard work!
