New to MFP

Hi everyone! I'm new to MFP. I am looking to loose about 20 pounds by next year. I've also been told by my doctor to loose some weight. I have very high triglycerides. I also started with Dr. Bob Weight Loss Clinic. It is basically a High Protein, High Fiber diet with very little fat.

I am having trouble knowing what to eat for lunch and dinner. What foods are high in protein and fiber? What foods should i be avoiding all together?

Any recipes or ideas are much appreciated.
