    A 2 for the pb&j but an 8 for the almonds.

    Rye cocktail bread spread with a mixture of mayo, swiss cheese, and green onions. Toasted, then nuked to melt the cheese.

    This is my favorite lunch in the world but I know I am going to get a low rating because even I admit that it doesn't sound very good (but it is AWESOME, I swear!):

    Very low sodium chunk light albacore tuna mixed with diced tomatoes and green chile sauce.
