This is one of the many times ive tried to get in shape, quit smoking, and build some muscle. Hopefully this time i can do it and not get sidetracked by all the partys and stuff. Im gonna work out 3-4 times a week and watch what i eat everyday ... also cut alcohol to a minimum
. This site looks pretty cool and i think im gonna be on here regularly so feel free to add me people

Just beware not to bite off more than you can chew, smaller changes you can keep to will do you better in the long run than a lot of improvements in a short time span. Just pace yourself, and you'll do awesome
