    He's spoken frequently about owing his body to Yoga, even before P90X. He's pretty fantastic.

    My hubby is in the military, and its true...half his unit can't pass their pt. he got early promotion because he is one of the few fit ones their. its sad.

    Tony Horton is the man.... Seriously. Anyone who cares about fitness should seriously take his advice. He takes great care of his body and looks at fitness from a scientific perspective. It's truely amazing.

    having had the pleasure of working alongside several gurkhas in the past they certainly live up to that reputation and are some of the nicest and most respectful people i have ever met

    Yoga and general cross training fitness should be part of our education. Same as having healthy food.

    The kind of food they are allowed to serve to the kids in the US and Canada makes me sick... I'm glad I can prepare my kids lunches, trust me.
