all great ideas - I eat a lot of nuts.... I also love greek yogurt..... You have to feed your body in order to lose weight - most people do not realize this. I eat 1800-2000 calories a day and have lost over 90 pounds this year.

The above ideas. I also eat hummus on veggies. My other go-to is the Greek yogurt someone else mentioned. Not a bad problem to have!

Dried apricots. Lovely and delicious to snack on. Good calories, source of iron and high fibre. Get your sugar fix the healthy way. I always keep a stock in to snack on.

don't be afraid to eat... the weeks I have lost the most I feel like I have eaten way too much... but I haven't. If you eat too few calories you can actually gain weight because your body has gone into starvation mode... nuts and avacados are amazing to help with that... I also like to eat a lot of Chobani yogurt and Kashi granola bars

    much success to you
