How to kick bloating?

I am bloated due to straying from healthy eating & exercise for 3 weeks (no weight gained). Now i'm bloated & it's not going down. I'm on back on target & have lost a pound but still bloated. What do you do to rid yourself of bloating?

    Monitor your sodium and try to keep it below 1500. If you have a high sodium day spend the next few days flushing your system out w/ water and low sodium items (more fiber). I would also cut or minimize diary if you eat dairy cannot see your diary.

    I try not to eat any gassy vegtables or dairy. There are alot of foods that just don't agree with me and my food intolerances. I also drink an herbal water weight gain tea that is made with cranberries- that seems to help some. It is hard- bloating is my number one medical issue and I am usually bloated three out of the four weeks of the month.
