Let's vent.

I know there was a recent pet peeve thread but this person is bothering me so I thought I'd vent and invite others to do the same!

Someone who:
- is overly dramatic, the world is coming to an end... because of somethings small and stupid like a kleenex box falling on the floor
- decides that they don't need to be tactful around you. no hints, something hasn't bothered them before, but suddenly "that stinks!" Um, it's never bothered you before and why can't you be polite?

Anyone else?
