Who likes to snowboard??

Hey everybody- With the weather getting colder, it makes me think of snow and awesome snow-related activities such as SNOWBOARDING!! (and skiing too) Curious who else enjoys exercising on the slopes and if you have any tips on how to prep your body for snow season?? There must be some good exercises I can to to prepare myself to hit the resort as soon as they open! I live in WV... and usually drive over to Wisp in McHenry MD to ride; more than happy to add new friends to ski/board with if you are in this area!!

    I love snowboarding! SQUATS would help to prepare you for the slopes.

    I am just learning to ski on our local dry slope, I'm LOVING it. I'll be pretty fit by the time we go to Austria in February and it's also helping with the slimming. There are some great videos on YouTube to help prepare and for me lower back stretches have been essential. Have fun!

    ive done both and i hate both...but snowtubing, now that i can do :) i can't wait to take the kids soon!!
