Can't Keep My Promises:(

Okay, So Im Trying To Diet By Keeping My Calories At The Recommended Amount For 6 Out Of 7 Days A Week, 5 Out Of The 7 I Go To The Gym. I Try To Allow Myself 1 Day Where I Eat Whatever I Want And Don't Exercise, So I Don't Drive Myself Crazy With Cravings!
But I Can't Seem To Be Able To Save That One Binge Day, And It Always Happens Earlier Than I Want Because I Can't Control Myself. Am I Doing Something Wrong? Could My Calories Be Too Low Or Restrictive?
I'm At 1500 Calories With Exercise Or Without.

By 1500 with or without exercise, do you mean you aren't eating any of your exercise calories? That could be your problem, maybe try eating some of them (at least half) for a few days and see if that helps you stay on track.0

This. PLUS, if you let yourself have small treats through the week & just take those calories into account, you don't need the binge day to keep from feeling deprived. The binge day will just set back your progress every week.0 -

I agree...if I allow one small treat one or twice through week, it keeps me from having a day of complete melt down0 -
I find that i am more hungry in the evening and thats when i get myself into trouble so i started making a lower cal breakfast and small snacks through the day so i would have a few more calories in the evening incase i get a craving for something. If you deny yourself too much then it feels like a 'diet' and becomes harder to stick to. my weakness is chocolate. i love it!! so i find the 100cal bars and have one about every second day. then i don't go over calories and i don't feel bad for having one.
Best of Luck,
