I heard thruogh the Dr Oz that your internal parts of your body can get fat around it, such as your intestines and even your stomach wfhich everyone knows tha tis where it starts0

Wow! I've lost 23 pounds so far, so basically the bottom one plus a little over half the top one. No wonder my feet/knees/back hurt all the time and I couldn't breathe after climbing stairs...0

I had always wondered what 30 lbs of fat looked like and I can't believe I've lost that much! It sucks when you see yourself everyday you don't notice how incredible the results are compared to others.0

Gross...and to think I have 80 pounds of fat more on my body....just this time last year!!! YIkes!!! This helps to push me to work harder to get the next 30 pounds off!!!
Angievaughn, do you track your body fat percentage? Working the formula that lets you know how much of your scale weight is from fat and how much is from lean body mass, will let you see how much fat you are carrying and that amount isn't how much you need to lose.0 -

Well - they both weigh 5 lbs - one is very lean and the other not so much.
