I'm having a Lean Cuisine meal called Tortilla Crusted Fish- it's delicious! 330 Cal and it's got rice, corn and peppers in a sour cream sauce!! It's so good, I traded my 100cal coke in for a unsweet tea!! Now, that's a big step for me, ya'll!!

Congrats and that does sound great. Getting rid of pop saved me 300 to 600 calories a day. I drink mostly water but I do like tea as well.

Lean cuisine are not bad. I eat them when I run out of ideas for wholesome foods.

Great transition to the tea.Go girl. But...checkout the sodium content on the box. Sodium in the body keeps the body holding on to water weight so you may want to watch out for that.

    Love those.
  • yeah way to go!!! I used to drink TONNES of pop and juice and I dont drink them anymore... you wouldn't believe how many calories are in one cup of Orange Juice!! I'd rather have food then slam my cals in juice! Pop goes without saying, and it's full of sodium too! Good for you!

As someone else mentioned...............Lots of sodium in those and they are made with a lot of chemicals and preservatives.................

And tortillas, corn and rice is an overload of starch and not so good for you carbs............

If that is a step in the right direction for you, then congratulations!!

For me, that would be the kiss of death.

No, it was the switch from the soda to the tea that I was so happy about, just mentioned that the meal was good!
