Hey all,

many of you know i have been doing the C25K and i am on week 6 at the moment so ran 2x 10 minutes which i never thought i could! but thats not all! when i was running this stupidly skinny cow who looked amazing her hair was all done up nice still, looked great and not a drip of sweat on her came sprinting passed and i could have killed her! but we were taking the same route and about a minute later she started walking but there i was still running and i over took HER! and i looked back after i finished my 10 minutes and she was STILL walking!! :D

i am fitter than the skinny cow!!! Lmao!

    Gotta love that! I started with C25K, and now run 3miles 3X/week and do 5K races. I always get passed by LOTS of people at the beginning and have to continually remind myself to stay at my pace. Sure enough I pass a lot of those by the end of the race who started too fast. Same with weight loss I suppose. Just stay the slow steady course instead of losing too fast. Congrats!
