hey all, i'm new to all this, downloaded the app on my mobile so thaught i wud check the site out aswell.

i'm a hard gainer so i find it hard to maintain weight, im sure there are people here in the same boat as i am and was wondering if you have any tips.

i'm 23, 6.2ft, male. 11st 4lb. i go to the gym 4 - 5 times a week for strength training.

My goal ia 14st, i can hit 12st with a lot of gym seshions but i've just recently become a dad so i have put it off for a while but now i'm back :) .
