does anyone have recommendations for working on the lovehandles area? I'm 2 months in, have made tremendous progress, and now I want to focus a little more on the lovehandles/booty area. I can't do squats (as per my chiropractor) with weight on my shoulders, thats my only restriction. any ideas or things that have worked for you?

Seems to be the consensus around here, although I would t6hink building up some muscle would help.

    This.

Maintain the caloric deficit and continue strength training. This is often a trouble spot and will likely be one of the last places you lose but it will happen.

Try Taebo Insane Abs. It will help tone your obliques. You can preview the workout on Collagevideo.com.

also "squirms" work on the side areas. And whenever I'm sweating it on the treadmill pretending to be forest gump I imagine my hips to be melting off but I could just be deluded.
