So I have just entered into week 4 of my journey to slim down and shape up. I have lost 6 lbs and about 7 inches, 2 of which were from my waist area. This morning I thought I would try on my older size 32 work jeans. I had tried them on a few months ago and could not even come close to doing the button up! I promptly put them back in my dresser.
Well this morning when I put them on they easily buttoned up! That was a good way to start the day!
