What do you think?

I'm thinking about doing caloric cycling..
A loss of 1lb per week translates to an average of 1440cal per day.
What do you think of doing three medium days at 1400, 2 high days at 1700 and 2 low days at 1240?

I suppose its a way to "change up" your old diet but essentially it's nothing more than just doing what you're already doing in another fashion. I mean in all reality you're just keeping your weekly caloric intake under the microscope now as opposed to the daily. However, it does give you the opportunity to splurge on some days but obviously that comes at the expense of having to cut back and account for those high days on other days. But hey, whatever floats your boat haha.0
